The emergency visit is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Payment

Payment substitutions are not available. We cannot provide direct billing.
We accept cash (Japanese yen only ) and the following credit cards and debit cards.

If the patient is not covered by Japanese Public Health Insurance, the patient needs to pay the full amount of the fees on the day of the consultation.

About Triage System

We use the triage system in our hospital for emergency visit patients.
We judge the urgency and severity of the patient in accordance with our hospital triage guideline, and determine the priority of patients’ treatments. Therefore, we would like you to understand that we do not examine our patients in the order of reception, and there is the case where you have to wait for a long time if your severity is judged to be low.
Please tell our hospital staff if you feel worse or your symptoms get worse during the waiting time.

・Tobata Kyoritsu Hospital registration card
・The list of prescription medications and dosages, and the list of medications to which you are allergic
・List of questions you and your family may have
・Recent test results related to your condition
・Contact information for your regular medical providers

Female Doctor?

Please keep it in mind that female doctors are not always on duty. They are available occasionally.

Emergency Room Fee

We will require 2,000JPY Emergency Room Fee if you visit our emergency room after 18:00 or on weekends.

Interpreter

If you do not speak Japanese, please visit our hospital with your interpreter.

Health Insurance Card

Please bring your Insurance card.
If you do not have Japanese Health Insurance card, you need to pay the full amount of the medical fees.

Medical History & Medications

We will ask you about allergy, asthma and medications you are taking at home.
Please bring all medications you are taking at home. ( Rx, OTC, supplements, etc.)

Female Patients

We will ask you about pregnancy.
